We led the production, event management and delivery of EGX, the UK's biggest gaming event, for 9 years.

It attracts over 75,000 visitors over the few days, and includes the hottest playable games, awesome indies, developer sessions, merch, booths and more. 

Alongside EGX, we led the production, event management and delivery of EGX Rezzed, its indie counterpart.

It started as a PC and indie-focused show in 2012, then grew to include consoles, mobile games, VR, developer sessions, board games, and a Game Jam.

Working alongside the GI Team, we took care of all of the logistics and event management for the GI HR Summit at the Royal Institute.

We are already booked in to do the same again for 2025.

We managed the production and delivery of the Rezzed Zone, GI Career Stage and other playable titles on the show floor. We managed all the pre-production work, oversaw stand builds, suppliers, logistics, H&S and full show management on site, ensuring clients and visitors had the best experience.
